On Sept. 19, 2015, the Alliance Delegation to Korea led by Runfar Group Board Chairman and Chinese and Foreign Entrepreneurs Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “the Alliance”) Chairman Teng Hexian (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Teng”) successfully finished its tour of observation in Korea and returned to Beijing.

In the 4-day tour, with the goal and vision to “actively integrate ‘One Belt, One Road’ national strategy, expand eastward, enhance open cooperation with Korea, speed up constructing China-Korea industrial highlands”, following the spirit of signing “China-Korea Free Trade Agreement”, the Alliance Delegation intensively visited the Republic of Korea’s SK Holdings, JK Plastic Surgery Hospital, Wonju Municipal Government, Wonju Medical Equipment Production Base, Gyeongin Daily Group, People’s Daily Overseas Edition’s Editorial Office in the Republic of Korea, Seoul City’s Central District Government, Dongdaemun Wholesale Market in Central District, Seoul Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Korea Shipping, and Kaesong Industrial Park.

Mr. Teng and his party had extensive exchanges, meetings, and came to related agreements with heads of many new and high-tech enterprises in environmental protection, health care and other fields. Heads in Korean government and business said the cooperation in various fields between Korea and China, particularly Weihai, was in a golden period of opportunities with favorable timing, geographical and human conditions, thus the cooperation with the Alliance would surely produce richer achievements.

This tour of observation further deepened the Alliance’s cooperation with Korea, laid a firm foundation for the successful implementation in the next step, got expected ideal effects, and further highlighted Weihai’s role as a window and demonstration base for China-Korea industrial cooperation.

The delegation was received by the Alliance’s member Yanbian Chamber of Commerce’s Vice-Chairman Lee Yong Seok, Vice-chairman Gao Fenglie, Chairman of Korea Chamber of Commerce in Yanbian Mr. Bak Jong Guk, Director of Gyeongin Daily Office in Beijing Mr. Kim Soo Hyun, and accompanied by them throughout the tour.
