Liquor Industry - Business Manager

Job requirements: 1. Introduce company products to customers through various forms such as visits and phone calls to achieve sales;

2. Responsible for customer maintenance, customer information collection, and subsequent customer tracking and maintenance within the jurisdiction;

3. According to the company's business objectives, achieve sales targets and goals for the responsible area and intended customers;

4. Understand customer demand for company products in advance, prepare well in advance, and complete sales;

5. Responsible for closely cooperating with affiliated units to jointly expand the product needs of intended customer groups.

Qualification:

1. 1-3 years of work experience, knowledge background in FMCG, Baijiu, red wine and other industries and relevant sales experience;

2. Confident, generous, strong interpersonal skills, negotiation control ability, and strong execution ability;

3. Has strong resistance to stress and learning ability, and has a team spirit.

International Trade Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for grasping the development direction of import and export trade business based on the company's medium to long-term strategic planning, and formulating annual international trade business goals, work plans, and phased goals and tasks;

2. Expand international markets, focus on trade with Russia, and be responsible for business negotiations and contract signing;

3. Continuously adjust and improve the business plan and implementation plan in combination with the market and actual work, and assist in sorting out the process management and risk control of foreign trade business;

4. Collect, organize, analyze, and provide feedback on daily work information in the business field;

5. Develop and maintain upstream and downstream customers in the business sector.

Job requirements:

1. Having at least 5 years of practical experience in international trade, proficient in Russian is preferred;

2. Familiar with import and export business processes, familiar with customs laws, import and export tariff regulations, and other laws and regulations;

3. Having clear insight and judgment on overseas markets. Sensitive to data and skilled in analysis;

4. Strong business negotiation skills, communication skills, management skills, pressure resistance, and teamwork spirit, with a high sense of responsibility;

5. Experience in trade related fields such as agricultural products, natural gas, or other bulk goods, with rich upstream and downstream resources in the industry is preferred.
