At 11:00 on May 25 2013, the “Launching Ceremony for Xintiandi Shopping Plaza Completion Investment" was held in Longcheng District, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, which was invested by the Group and developed and constructed by the Group's subsidiary Chaoyang Haorun Xintiandi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haorun Company). Group Chairman Teng Hexian and Group Vice President Liang Tao led all headquarters staff to attend the conference.

The guests attending the conference included China Association of SME Chairman Li Zibin, China News Agency Assets Department Director Wang Jingjiang, Beijing Hualian Group CEO Peng Xiaohai and Vice President Yang Chunxiang, Gome Group President Zhang Dazhong, Chaoyang City People's Government Vice Mayor Hua Ruiqi and other leaders.

Chaoyang Xintiandi Shopping Plaza has a total investment of 1 billion yuan and a construction period for four years which can be divided into two phases. It is an "Eleventh Five-Year" key project of Chaoyang Municipal Government and a major service investment project of Municipal Government and Longcheng District Government, thus winning great importance of Liaoning Provincial Government governor Chen Zhenggao and leaders of Chaoyang City and Longcheng District.

Chaoyang Xintiandi Shopping Plaza is located in the heart of service accumulation area in Chaoyang City and is one of the major integrating services with business, trade, culture, leisure, entertainment, dining and travel services. It covers an actual area of 220 acres and a building area of 140,000 square meters. It has 2200 booths that can employe approximately 8,000 people. It is estimated to achieve an annual operating income of 800 million yuan and revenue of $ 60 million each year. This has a very important significance in meeting material and spiritual needs of Chaoyang urban and rural residents, provide convenience for living, promoting urban development, improving the investment environment, enhancing urban quality and further improving Chaoyang City's influence.
