In the afternoon, on April 16, 2015, Runfar Group Board Chairman Teng Hexian (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Teng”) went to Academy for International Business Officials of the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as AIBO) to visit Dean Li Xiaobing (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Li”). The entourage included Runfar Group’s Vice President Cui Jinfu, Enterprise Publicity Department Manager Du Juan, Chinese and Foreign Entrepreneurs Alliance’s (hereinafter referred to as “the Alliance”) Secretary-general Gao Xuemin (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Gao”), the Alliance’s Deputy Secretary-general Chen Li, AIBO Foreign Aid Training Implementation & Coordination Office’s Head Wen Yu, Training Center’s General Office Director Ha Yu, etc. Mr. Teng and his party were warmly welcomed and received by Mr. Li and other leaders.

Guided by Mr. Li, Mr. Teng and his party visited AIBO, learnt its overall layout and current development situation. AIBO is the only educational training institution directly under the Ministry of Commerce. It was formed by a merger between the Academy for Managerial Personnel and Training Center for International Trade in the Asia-pacific Region of the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. It’s mainly in charge of nationwide foreign aid training coordination and management, foreign aid training implementation, business training, Party school training, and conference services. Its key task is carrying out foreign aid training. AIBO has held hundreds of training classes for officials of developing countries, trained nearly 20,000 officials from more than 160 nations and regions around the world, including some ministerial officials and above.

During the visit, Mr. Li had pleasant talks with Mr. Teng and Mr. Gao. In recent years, China makes great efforts to attract foreign capital. Meanwhile, more and more Chinese enterprises are going out of China to the global market. Thus there is a pressing need for a bond to realize the connection in “coming in” and “going out”. Undoubtedly, the Alliance and AIBO are bonds and media of this kind. They can closely connect the two.


Mr. Teng said the Alliance and AIBO could complement each other and form an alliance between giants, let the Alliance’s outstanding Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs and AIBO’s excellent officials have mutual help and full exchanges, to really realize common development and common benefit between Chinese and foreign enterprises, benefit the nation and the people.

At last, both sides expressed their wishes to have a series of deeper exchanges and cooperation in future.
